Worse ever!! I bought a new home last year. The guy who helped me with the first home owner's insurance quote was amazing and I am guessing that he is gone now. When the time for renewal came, they raised 600 dollars on my home owner's insurance. No one from this agency called me to ask if I want to keep this policy or if they should try to shop for a new one. Absolutely worst customer service they have. Especially their renewal representative who never called to confirm if I can pay this additional 600 or not. I still have time to renew the insurance until the 15th of September but they did not care. They sent the renewal bill straight to my mortgage company and they paid for it. Now I have to pay additional money towards escrow. Also, when you will need to place a claim, you will have to talk to this agency, the insurance companies will not talk to the customer. I do not recommend this agency at all. This agency just do not care about their customer's financial status or needs!

Texas Edge has been my insurance company for about 4 years now. I called to remove a car from my policy and spoke with Victoria. Victoria was very professional and very helpful and even offered to shop my rate since my policy was up for renewal. Chris Scott the owner of Texas Edge will always take care of you too.

My agent is currently Gladiola Quinones and has helped me reduce my insurance from 600 to 200 for full coverage a month. After the great rate, I referred my parents when they bought their very first brand new truck. She was able to save them 500 a month. Thank you for the great service. Always responsive and has all the answers to my questions.
