David and Marquise came out to my house today to reattach a lantern to a pole in my backyard and replace a vent in my master bathroom. They were friendly, helpful, and worked very fast! They did a great job!!

I called them to fix/replace vent fan in a bathroom. They came out the SAME day, since they were in our area, and replaced the vent. Excellent work and men!! I called them today for appointment to come check/replace some can lights that we couldn’t reach in 9 foot ceilings. 15 MINUTES later they were at our door! HOLY COW talk about service!! This Rockdale company is an excellent one to deal with. Friendly people, and excellent workers!! If you need electrical work done, tell them Sheri recommended them!! No, I don’t get anything out of this!

I called on Wednesday, October 11th , 2023 and made an appointment for Friday 13th at 11:00 am, the lady on the phone explained to me that she had all the appointments covered in the morning. On Friday at 11:15 I called them and a young man named Erik helped me. According to him, my appointment was for the first thing in the morning, which is to say, he didn't really know, total misinformation. He apologized to me and told me they would go around 1:00 pm. After they went to my address where I need the job, they told me they would give me an estimate that same day. Today is Tuesday the 24th and they never contacted me. I contacted Erik again and he claimed that he would see about the estimate and send it to me, I did not receive anything from this person either, and in the conversation he apologized again. I'm really quite upset about the time wasted and the poor service they gave me. I don't recommend them. Apparently there is no respect for the customer and quite a bit of disorganization. Thanks.

Do not use! Horrible company and lots hidden fees!! First they told me they could start construction the following week which turn out to be untrue by months. Second, they DID NOT tell me when I made the appointment for a tech to come that there was a service charge due AT TIME of service so I was blindsided by a hidden fee. Third, I called to ask one of the ladies who answered the phones some questions about the service charge and how it was completely hidden from me and she was so extremely RUDE. She raised her voice and said I “had no money” and i was trying to “get out of paying” while I was calm and trying to express how it was unfair to hide that from a customer. That woman is awful with customers and should be let go. Fourth, they quoted me $35,000 which is 10 times more than what oncor and Bartlett quoted me. Complete waste of time and loss of money. I would have never called them if I knew what an awful company they are. They make up fees along the way. They will tell you a low number on the phone but you will not end up getting any services for a reasonable price.
