We decided to upgrade to Atlas Pinnacle Impact shingles, and we couldn't be happier with our decision, especially since we live in South Texas, where bad weather is common. Thank you, Travis, David, Eddie, Matt (and his hardworking crew), for taking such good care of us from beginning to end. A special shout out to Travis' wife, who went out of her way to help us pick the right shingle color and the new color scheme for our trim, doors, and windows.

Travis came out multiple times to discuss the project and answer all my questions Eddie was helpful and provided oversight of the project to make sure all of my requirements were addressed. The crew was respectful of our home and cleaned up pretty well after themselves. My only concern with the install of the solar fans is that they reused the existing square holes from the dome vents which are undersized and off centered with the fans. The instructions state to use a 20" circle hole. It would have only taken a few more minutes to properly cut the hole to manufacturers spec to ensure optimum airflow. I plan to contact Eddie about the concern and I'm confident they will make it right. Update: all concerns were corrected and I'm happy with the end result
