T WI understand the low ratings. They really make you wait ALL day for service. You have no idea when they will come and if they will be on time. Definitely wouldn't use them if I had a choice. My sorry builder (Bloomfield homes) uses them. Will update on the quality of work. UPDATE: guy came on time (actually earlier) and completed the work quickly. No issues other than the wide windows for the work.
Sophia WellsWe just bought a brand new built home, and we noticed that there were quite a few scratches left behind by the workers. So since we were in our warranty stage we contacted out builder to get it fixed. They used Texas Floor Source. They sent someone over a whole month later. Then while he was working on the floor he was EXTREMELY rough and ended up damaging our wall, door trim, and snapped our trim in the hallway. The trim in the hallway wasn’t even pointed out to me as a courtesy but instead was VERY sloppily “repaired” and left. Now we have to contact more people to come in to fix the wall and the trim all because the care and professionalism was very much lacking in this company. I am very displeased with the work quality and should not have to be dealing with all this while in a brand new home. I will be complaining to our builder and hopefully they will no longer be using Texas Floor Source any more.
Jeff DuncanI’m sure they’re great for new installs but ran into a Bloomfield home that encountered busted pipes. Small area flooded and I called them since they installed the floors. They are attempting to ramp up to do repairs but they can’t service the floors they installed.
