The team is responsive, trustworthy and we have been happy with the quality of their work. We love the new tiled shower they installed in a guest bathroom and the beautiful outdoor kitchen area they remodeled for us. We have used them before and will again for our home remodel projects. We moved to the Texas Hill Country in October 2023 and found the perfect lot. Then began the arduous process of trying to find a builder. We interviewed numerous builders who quoted us ridiculous bids upwards of $650-750,000, for a 1900 sqft, one-story home, which was completely absurd and out of our price range. When our pool sprung a very large leak, we knew we had to get it fixed quickly. We also knew we had to replace the thirty-year-old wooden patio surrounding the pool. We obtained estimates from four separate contractors. Zach (Zachary Cazalas) from Texas Highlands gave us the fairest price for different options from simply replacing the wood patio to installing an astroturf-covered deck. He also explained in detail the good and bad points of each option. We chose to replace the wooden deck with an astroturf-covered structure with a stone perimeter. Zach worked hand in hand with Dennis Kuykendall of Canyon Creek Pools. Within just a few days of signing the contract, Zach had demolished the old deck allowing Dennis to find and fix the two leaks. As the pool repairs continued, Zach arranged the construction of the stone perimeter and the granite and sand fill as the base for the astroturf which followed. He then arranged for cleanup and a granite surround. The whole project was completed in just two months, and the total price matched the estimated price, which was great. Zach was at our home nearly every day to check on progress. When he couldn’t make it he texted. He always answered all our questions.
