If you’re looking for a dog trainer, look no further! Kim changed our lives! Everyone I’ve referred has said the same. The results are magical. We did puppy day camp which included 1-on-1 sessions for us humans to learn how to handle our pup and reinforce her training. The foundation Kim builds in just a few weeks lasts a lifetime. We still visit a few times a year for boarding. Texas K9 University is my dog’s favorite place on earth and I’m pretty sure Kim and her husband are her favorite people.
Excellence in training and boarding! Texas K9 university has what it takes to prepare you and your dog for success - no matter what the goal. Kim has worked with my dog and I and has successfully equipped us with the much needed obedience skills, along with beginning training on more advanced skills (scent detection, protection basics). She has drastically increased my knowledge and skills as an owner all while training my pupper :) Not only do I have a high drive working doberman (teenager) but also have an older SUPER smart (super sneaky - houdini) GSD who can escape anything. I have been able to attend family events out of town WITHOUT anxiety - as I know that my boys are VERY well cared for - with the skills and facilities to take care of their needs.
The love and care that we have for our dogs are met and exceeded by K9 University. Our dogs require daily medications and we feel more than comfortable that the staff at K9 stay on top of their need. We know we can count on them for top notch care. You can see how excited Axel was in the photo when we told him he was headed to K9 for a relaxing dog retreat.
