I was really happy with my experience with Dr. Richardson. She was very thorough, warm, and helpful. However, the woman who checked me in berated me for not arriving 30 minutes early (despite not having been told to do so) and told me I’d have to be a work in. The front and back of house experience could not have been more different.

Everyone in the office was attentive, kind and professional. Dr. Richardson is great. She listens well, truly seems to care and she takes care of business. I wanted to find a good dermatologist for any medical issues and although Revelus also offers a large line of cosmetic services as well, they don’t push those services and I appreciate that.

Beautiful office space, knowledgeable and PERSONABLE doctor and MA staff!!! Such a rare thing, now a days. The appointment was thorough and decisive but shift. Dr. Lindsay addressed all of my concerns. Did end with a shot that wasn’t tequila or gin but still helpful. Only down side was an observation of the phone CSR team in the check area. Two of their reactions when exiting calls from patients “they were asking to find time to reschedule” left plenty to be desired. **disclaimer** (No the patient “on the phone” didn’t hear their sighs and groans but I did and I’m a patient too. )

I saw Dr. Richardson after several years of no follow up on my part with my previous dermatologist ( now retired). Starting over with new providers can be hard, but Dr. Richardson developed immediate rapport and gained my confidence with explanation, courtesy, and respectful approach. The staff was very professional and courteous without exception. I highly recommend Dr. Richardson and the Revelus practice!
