If I could give this a zero stars I would it was the worst experience So I ordered a order online,they said they where gonna send me a email when the order was ready for pickup.But they never did so I ended up calling them,they said that they haven’t seen my order but that I could pick it up but when I got to the store, worker told me that I had to wait but it was a wait of more than 10 minutes.Since they never got back to me I when to the register but they only ignored me more and talked in their language which was super unprofessional,So when he finally decided to talk to me I told him “I’m here for my pickup order online”,He told me that “He didn’t have my items and I have to go look for them my self” But i was confused because they provided pick up orders and even though he said one was missing he should of already had at least some of the stuff which that’s what it said online.It was very inconvenient for me and could be for others but because my thinking process was just to pick up and go but i had to deal with all this unprofessional stuff and When he finally diced to give me my stuff he was mad because he was getting y stuff it was really uncomfortable .Another thing is that my sister was there and we were looking at one of the brushes and we told one of the workers how much is it she snatched the brush for my sister’s hand so rudely and didn’t even tell us the price. At the end i was paying the man said something rude but i am never coming back i advise you to do the same.

If I could give it a negative I would. I was in line and next to be checked out. When we got in line, there was only people paying. Then another lady stands on the next line to check out. The cashier took HER first and said “her next”. I DONT understand why he did what he did but that was unprofessional of him. I felt so confused and embarrassed as to WHY was I pushed to the side. Other than that, the cashier on the other side, took me and he answered my question and was very nice.

I love this place! Friendly staff, great selection and always have most of what I need. I do with there was a bigger selection of skin supplies and more scrubs and lotions but the variety is still better than anywhere. Was surprised to see the 3.6 ⭐️ review. I’m always very pleased. When I shop here and there’s always something new I find I need when I visit. I recommend trying it out for yourself and giving your positive review! Quite honestly it’s usually the more difficult customers that leave bad reviews. You know the ones, if you don’t do what I want I’ll leave a bad review. This might be the case here. I will co to us to shop here for my spa needs :) thanks Sam’s Nail Supply for our continued support!

I’ve been to Sam’s nail supply a few times. Always friendly and helpful. Today I went with my mom and as soon as I walked in Luis said Hello and if we needed any help. I knew what I was looking for; however it was out of stock and he helped me find something else. Big selection of OPI and Kiara Sky products. My favorite nail supply store!
