Brett PerryI reached out to Texas Nativescapes after a recent barndominium build needing some direction on how to handle a rather tall slope on one side of my home. My first inclination was a long retaining wall but had concerns of costs and predictability. Paul took the time to visit on-site in Oklahoma. He listened to my concerns and also had several ideas that we could use that would be long term solutions that would not only support the soil and redirect the water from the foundation, but also dramatically improve the appearance. After a few weeks of discussing some of these ideas, we came up with a plan. Through the use of large beam style moss rock, thick rock slabs and other stones, he built an amazing wall that included a xeriscape/butterfly garden, stairs and walkway. It’s perfect! Texas Nativescapes has a small team that is easy to work with and at the same time efficient in getting the job done just right. The plants have grown so much since only planting them a few months ago. The specially prepared soil that they use, makes such a difference! If you’re overwhelmed with a landscape issue or just need some direction and help, I would strongly recommend getting a hold of Texas Nativescapes. You will love what they can do!
