What a great experience.They were able to fit me in same day. Took every precaution to assure that no water from water heater got on my floor. So professional, from the lady that answered the phone to the gentleman that came to assess situation and give us cost to replace, to the 2 gentlemen that installed new water heater. Wow, all I can say is Texas Plumbing cares about their customers. I was unhappy because their technician was unable to connect to my Wifi hot water heater. The owner of the Texas Plumbing read my review and personally called me. He even came to my house and connected it. Yes, he drove from his city to my city to connect the wifi. He showed me how to use the app so now I know how to read my hot water heater. He even refunded me for the technician visit. Wow, thank you so much Brandon for taking care of me and my needs. I will definitely tell others about your awesome service! Thanks again for caring about your customers.

Not the kind of review I like to leave, but would hate for it to happen to anyone else. We highly regret calling Texas Plumbing Pros. Our disaster started when we called on a Saturday. We had sewage coming up out of the ground. We thought we had a broken pipe. Texas plumbing Pro’s sent out Willie and his son out very promptly. BUT that’s when it went bad. It took them about 3 hours to figure out that it might be an electrical issue. We were charged over $600. When they were trying to trouble shoot they left our grinder unplugged and didn’t plug it back in. A couple hours later we had a flooded downstairs from our toilet that had a been used after the grinder had been unplugged. Water everywhere! Willie did realize later that evening that they left it unplugged, but the damage had already been done and we were in the middle of doing damage control. It took us 5+ hours that Saturday to get the water out, carpet pulled, and fans started to dry it out. That evening we called the Texas Pro Plumbers back and left a message to let them know what had happen. No response. I texted them Tuesday and they called me back. Said they would come Thursday and look at the damages and refund us our $600 bill. They NEVER ever showed up and NEVER refunded us. We have had $6k plus in damages. We called the sewer company and they fixed the problem for $230. But yet, we are out of pocket $7,000 for the damages Texas Pro Plumbers has caused. A reputable company would have refunded the bill and paid for the damages. But yet they haven’t called or shown up when they said they would. It’s been a nightmare!
