I tried to have hats embroidered here, but the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone when I decided not to move forward with production. Most communication was fine via email and when talking with the ladies, they seems to be great customer service reps. But talking with steve the owner, helped me decide I will not be working with this company. I had not approved any final proofs, no work was done, and yet he refused to refund my deposit — even telling me I wouldn’t “get anything back.” That’s not how you treat paying customers. I handled everything respectfully, and the owner responded with arrogance instead of professionalism. I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank and have contacted the Better Business Bureau. If you value respect, communication, and honesty in business, take your money somewhere else. P.s. this is why online shops are going to take over small businesses like this. People cant discipline themselves enough to handle things the right and legal way.

Wow, do you want to see my new shirts? They are magnificent! And you know what? The owners are just nice people. They understood that I walk my own walk - I don't buy items from companies that use forced or slave labor. And I'd rather buy made in the USA first. So I bought some amazing polos and the embroidery was better that I could have expected. What an awesome business.
