Got the locks changed out on our new home. We wanted something more secure than a traditional residential lock and Texas Safe & Lock helped us do that. Thomas, the shop manager, helped me get my order set up and although we had a slight miscommunication on timing, he was thoroughly professional and helped get us squared away in a timely manner. Ricky came out and installed the locks and went above and beyond in his installation, making sure everything lined up despite the issues in the foundation having shifted everything out of alignment.
