Thomas, the shop manager, helped me get my order set up and although we had a slight miscommunication on timing, he was thoroughly professional and helped get us squared away in a timely manner. He even communicated with us over the phone that night to make sure the safe was going to fit in our house. 2-24-2023, Rick and Jeremy arrived to deliver the safe. They were very careful making sure nothing got damaged. They put plates down over my flooring to make sure their equipment didn’t damage anything. They got it bolted to the floor, and they were on to the next one. These are the guys you want to do business with.
