Cecil Perkins and his staff at Texas Terrain Lawn Care are incredibly awesome !!!! I had a vision, a dream, for my front yard born out of frustration and desperation. The photos below are the before ( far right) and after (far left and middle). My yard is very shady with 3 large deciduous evergreen live oaks. Grass did not grow well, but a forest of trees from the droppings and squirrels helping grew just fine. I reached out to Texas Terrain and Cecil came to hear what my idea and vision entailed. We had several discussions and idea trading. When the final plan was established work began. We made a few adjustments along the way. Cecil and his whole team were so easy to work with and guided me, but still kept my vision in tact. I am thrilled with the finished product and have had many compliments from friends and neighbors. Many amazed that what they were kind of skeptical about turned out so fabulous. I could not have had a better partner than Cecil and Texas Terrain Lawn Care. I highly recommend them if you have any lawn needs, ideas, plans to make changes. They are wonderful and very reasonable.
