This company was utterly fantastic! I loved the professionalism from the phone conversation pre-booking to the service afterwards. My goal was to get my property ready for a new move in and I have literally no complaints whatsoever! My favorite part was their attention to detail on the floor boards (because they were ridiculously terrible thanks to the previous tenant...). Excellent service and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Dishonest company with poor communication and even worse service. I booked a "move in/move out xtreme clean" for the home I moved into. When the crew arrived, they said the job required a higher level of cleaning which would be an extra $100. Not only was I charged more for the job, they didn't even clean to the standard of the original "xtreme clean" I booked. The move in xtreme clean description gives "extra cleaning attention to the inside of cabinets and drawers, inside of closets, inside of windows, baseboards and light switches." They didn't clean ANY of these, so why did I pay for a deep extreme clean? They cleaned surface level only. There was visible dust/fur in areas they dusted (the blinds pictured), one mopped floor was still full of dirt after it dried (shown in the photos) I even had to scrub the tub pictured after they left because they didn't deep clean it. The before picture is AFTER they "cleaned" the tub, and the after picture is AFTER I went behind them and scrubbed it myself. When I did the walkthrough the floors, counter, and tubs were still wet and shiny so I couldn't look to see everything they missed or I would have been stepping on wet floors. The company has horrible communication. I called the day after to explain the poorly done work and they didn't pick up the phone for 20 minutes. Once I had customer service on the phone, they got me mixed up with another customer with my first name and tried to "explain away" the poorly done job until they realized I was someone else. They had the audacity to offer a measly $50 refund to compensate for doing less than half the job described, and offered a $100 refund which I haven't seen yet. They didn't even do HALF the job described and charged me almost $500. I feel duped, my family saw the shoddy work and have told me I shouldn't have let it go so easily. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

Not worth the $356 I paid for a "xtreme move out clean". There were a few pros.. service was easy to book, company was responsive, oven nicely cleaned. That's pretty much it. Now, day of service. I was told my cleaner would arrive between 8 and 10am. I was supposed to get a call 15-20 mins beforehand. She called me exactly at 8am saying she was 6 MINUTES away. Luckily, my new house isn't far so I was able to get there quickly. Our cleaner came with a team of 4 (3 adults 1 child) and said it'd take 2 hours. I was shocked to hear that because move out cleans take many hours but anyways, they got to work and I left. She called a little less than 2 hours later saying they were finished and I headed back for the walk through. When I arrived they were not finished and all surfaces were still very wet. She rushed me through the home and from what I could tell it looked clean. Fast forward to today (the next day), everything is dry and I can tell that it indeed was not deep cleaned as it was supposed to be. Baseboards were barely touched, light switches not touched, pantry not touched, vents not touched, lightbulbs suddenly broken/shorted out. This was a basic clean at best. It is beyond 24 hours at this point so not expecting a real resolution, but beware. Waste of money and wish I would have used a different company because I now have to clean after them.

Bad Business Practices. SCAM. DECEPTIVE. This company is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. They deliver poor services with poor communication and block clients who have concerns or requests for remediation. Do not use this company and their services.
