My experience with Reindeer has been nothing short of frustrating. I submitted a claim for damage caused during transport, expecting efficient service as promised, but after two month, nothing has been resolved. The damage itself isn’t expensive to repair, but the company’s refusal to take responsibility is deeply disappointing and shows a lack of professionalism. Their response was contradictory and unhelpful. On one hand, they claim drivers only inspect the exterior of the vehicle; on the other, they somehow "verified" there was no interior damage during transit!!!!! This contradiction just feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility and providing real service. When I asked for clarification on how they determined the damage wasn’t due to their driver’s handling, I received no concrete evidence—just more deflection.

We had a Pickup delivered from Kansas City to Tucson Az. We had a clear cut detailed evaluation on the vehicle before transport and after transport. Upon delivery we had a non drivable vehicle delivered to us. We completed the needed paper work and were not repaid for the repair. Think twice about using this transport system its not work the cost!! They cannot be trusted with your vehicle. Dawn Paulson

Relocated our car from Michigan to Seattle. Pickup: we were little scared with all the reviews saying they usually don't pick up on the same day. So we had multiple calls and after that they picked it up on same day. The guy that came to pick up was very assuring and friendly. Updates in between: we were able to get in touch via email amidst the relocation for exact updates. Delivery: we were informed a day prior on exact delivery time frame..that's usually not flexible at all...so be prepared to set aside that time especially if you're working... delivery was smooth, no damages to vehicle... everything is perfect...will definitely vouch for their quality.

0 STARS - This company should be investigated by the better business bureau. They lied multiple times about drop off date... Having me miss work to be at pick up at 4 AM to then never show up after telling me they would be there at said time... I had to physically PUSH my vehicle into the garage after hours of delay of it being dropped off COVERED in dust after I paid for it to be enclosed. Customer Service manager, Michelle Thompson, promised me that they would have someone to assist early the following day... no one showed up and I had to call 10+ times to get someone to assist.... Reindeer told me they would be in contact to offer compensation for the various issues.... I have received nothing. They have now blocked my phone number and refuse to call me back nor pick up my phone calls from the 1-800 number. Truly a bunch of crooks. I would never recommend this company to even my worst enemy.
