I highly, highly recommend TFI! I came to TFI last year with knee pain right before the Chicago Marathon. I wasn’t able to run the race last year, but my knee pain started to improve over my sessions with Daniela and she got me back to running successfully. I had a couple other issues pop up and Daniela was always there to pivot and pay attention to my needs and give me exercises to strengthen all these different muscle groups. Joining the TFI gym has been amazing as well because I can do exercises with all the same equipment as during my PT sessions. I successfully completed the Chicago Marathon this year and I without a doubt could not have done so without Daniela and the team at TFI. I am so much stronger as a runner now and look forward to keeping up with my strength routine as a gym patron. I hope to not need physical therapy again anytime soon… but if I do, I won’t hesitate to get back in at TFI!

My experiences at TFI have been nothing but fantastic. I was introduced to TFI by another client for post rotator cuff surgery physical therapy. Ryan and his staff were instrumental in my recovery. I then moved on to the personal training side with Luigi. I am still a personal training client today with multiple trainers and refer everyone I know to their team.
