These people are completely worthless crooks. DHL brought on T-Force to fulfill delivery of my package once it crossed the States. Didn't get any updates until 14 days after it crossed the border telling me T-Force damaged the package. I called 5 times in a span of 7 days requesting more information on the damage and for T-Force to fulfill delivery anyway. Every single time, the call center agent told me they would make a note on their file and a supervisor would get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me. Called a 6th time and they sent the package back to the sender. None of their call center agents could explain to me why I never heard back about the damage or why they couldn't fulfill delivery as is. They refused to even give me a tracking number for the return. They only know how to read scripted policy statements and nothing else. Anytime I asked to speak directly to a supervisor my calls got dropped. I hope the whole organization goes bankrupt. I've never had to deal with a mainstream courier "destroying" my property and hiding from accountability. EDIT: It speaks to the company's values very well that they use a bot to respond to all complaints with the same generic message. Zero actual accountability for scamming clients left and right. Stay far away.

Terrible company to ship with. I tried calling multiple times starting at 8am and nobody picked up the phone until the evening. Once I finally got ahold of a rep, they entered my info in wrong and it took me another whole day to get ahold of them to try cancel and give them the right info. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible company..delivered my package to a wrong address for the second time..try to complain thru email no actions was done… Never complain it to TForce rather complain it to the company where I order my package and tell them to change courier because their customer are not happy with it. Hopefully they can find not the TFORCE anymore

I just had someone deliver a package and, complain about the information that the store would allow me to put on the label. I.e. phone number ( no where to put this on at checkout from the store)and buzzer number (the buzzer does not work in the building). Tried to call there 1800 number and was hung up on each time. Were rude and when asked for a supervisors was told they do not have one. I will not be using this service again. Would give lower than a 1 star.
