Staples Is trash. Went in there on the 19th of December to get a new printer for my wife as a Christmas gift. Find the one I want to get and they tell me they have to retrieve it from the back. They tell me that they don't have it in but I can pay and they will just ship it overnight to me. Drop 5 bills and go home. It doesn't come the next day or the next day....on the 23rd of December I get an email saying they don't have the printer anymore....no apology, no replacement, no mention of giving me my money back. I call them and I'm referred to corporate where the person there tells me they will refund my money and I should get it in 5-7 business days!! I explain that I need that money or else my wife isn't going to have anything under the tree...her response is "that's your problem" Staples sucks and won't ever get my business again. Which is too bad because I used to spend a fair bit of money there. I guess that is my problem too.
