Their service is an absolute joke. Three days in a row they set status to out for delivery and then mark it to No Access (despite having provided them and the company I ordered from all of the information to access the building). Apparently they aren't interested in delivering to people who live in appartments. I had hoped that calling the company would do something to improve service but no luck. If you have the option to select your delivery service when ordering, do not choose TForce.

I’d leave them 0 stars if it was possible. They delivered something to a “mailroom” which we don’t have. I’ve called 5x now and been hung up on after being on hold 5x.. the reviews left everywhere about these people are obviously true. Absolute trash of a delivery company.

There's a higher likelihood you will win $1 Million on a scratch ticket than receive your package from these guys. They delivered my package to the wrong address and then when I confirmed it was the wrong address, they stopped answering my e-mails and their number is now "not in service". This is not the first time they've lost my package either. How they're still in business? I genuinely don't understand because they've clearly "lost" a very significant amount of merchandise that people have ordered given their Google reviews.
