Josh WolfeI'm a home dialysis patient, and my medical supplies are delivered through this company. Last night, the driver left 25 boxes at the end of my driveway because he couldn't make it up the hill. All 25 boxes have now been destroyed and taken to the dump!! My supplies only come once a month!!! There customer service is BEYOND pathetic!!! If this company can't do any better than this, close the business for good!! You're company is absolutely WORTHLESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Elena MorganDisappointed and then insulted. We had a delivery that was described as two pallets which is a one man job with equipment. When I called to explain there would be a delay or to reschedule do the one extra long pallet arriving instead of two, I was told to move it best I could. Ok. The dispatch then proceeded to use an obscenity to describe myself claiming he had indeed said one long pallet. So not only was this company incorrect in the information relayed to myself as the receiver, but they also chose to be insulting to add insult to injury. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be sure to ask who our suppliers use for freight in the future before agreeing to delivery.
Julia Cherry LilleyOnly the second time, to my knowledge, that this company has been the delivery service for Amazon. First time, everything was fine. 2nd time (only a day later) I ordered another product from Amazon - same day delivery. Waited and waited. At about 5:30pm we received a notification from Alexa that our package had been delivered. My husband and I looked at each other curiously because we had neither seen nor heard anything. I checked outside both doors and even checked the mailbox - nothing. We contacted Amazon who turned it over to this company. We received an email late this afternoon stating they were still "investigating" - From the reviews it seems they are doing a lot of "investigating" and not a lot of resolving - or delivering! There is a reason we chose same day delivery... very disappointed.
Jonathan CulverhouseI waited all day for my same day delivery package, then my account shows they attempted delivery but business was closed. My delivery instructions clearly state to leave the package by the door even if no one answers. The left no note on the door, no sign that they even actually attempted the delivery. Now even Amazon can’t tell me where or when it will actually arrive. Wow...I received amazon deliveries seven days a week and I’m not sure why they would use a contractor that provides such poor service.
