The WORST customer service. I called after my package had been changed to delayed delivery at the last second - they set delivery for 9pm 3 days in a row and changed status to delayed delivery 10 minutes before. I called and the rep said they’ll look into it and to call back later we’re open 24/7. They were in fact NOT open. I don’t know why banks work with them. I’d give it a 0 star.

Glad I’m not the only one. Package was out for delivery all day, as they say, and finally at 9pm the tracking indicates “Attempt - Unsafe for Release”. I was home all day and have multiple cameras around my home. Not a single attempt was made to deliver this package. If you’re not going to deliver that day, indicate a delay, but don’t lie to me with nonsensical excuses. Not at all surprised that this is another shady 3rd party delivery service hired in as a contractor for the big logistics companies. Hope I get this package at some point, but after reading the rest of these reviews, I’m not confident.

Held my package as out for delivery for 14 days, couldn't be bothered to deliver until the last possible day over a week late of delivery window but made sure it arrived the day I would be eligible for a refund and considered late. I reached out repeatedly with numerous representatives promising it would arrive that day from the 9th to 20th. Can't believe I paid for such terrible service.

Avoid this company at all costs! Worst company ever. I would give 0 stars if I could. The reviews are true. They're THAT bad. They attempted to deliver my package THREE times. I emailed them the first time, confirmed my address. I gave written instructions. I sent PICTURES of my front door. Yet for the third time, they couldn't figure out the which door it was. I told them to leave in the mailbox or leave at the door yet the comment in the tracking page is "business is closed" WHAT BUSINESS?? They don't leave a note, no phone calls, NOTHING. If you can't figure it out, then CALL. That's what the phone number is for! I wish I never placed this order because how can you mess up this badly?? The only positive experience I have with this company is a helpful customer service rep I managed to get a hold of after three attempts at calling. The first time I called, they hung up on me, same thing happened the second time. Finally got a hold of somebody the third time, he was apologetic so there's that. We'll see if I'll ever get my package. Never again.
