Gina LHorrible experience and unfortunately will NOT be coming back. 1. Poor communication. Only come here if you can speak well in Chinese - especially if you get Lucy. She does not understand a lick of English and was too dependent on the fact that I look Chinese. Her speaking Chinese to me made me more stressed out. 2. Deep tissue was not deep tissue. Instead it was some massage with a lot of oil. She never asked me what she should focus on and spent a lot of time on my back when I had a lot of tightness in my legs. I kept pointing to my legs and she didn't get it. By the time we were half way through my time, I was so uncomfortable that I had to end the session. 3. It's questionable whether Lucy has much experience at all. Only use her for Chinese speaking clients and those who want a relaxing massage. Luckily, they were fair enough to refund me the majority of what I paid, but that doesn't change my experience.
JoI just had the most amazing deep tissue with lovely Asian lady . I went with shoulder pain and left feeling 5 times better . She had an amazing technique and super strong hands. Place is clean and they are open till late . Highly recommend! Definitely I will be back :)
Elina ZaliteTerrible experience - I left stressed out instead of relaxed and still with pain in my shoulder (I clearly stated that I have a right right shoulder that needs work at the payment point)… I paid for 45min upfront and at the end I was asked for extra £15 because she insisted that she “served me for 1h” although it was not true… 50min max!! Not to mention simple repetitive movements for extended periods. I paid the extra £10 (difference between 45min and 60min) and left rather upset. All communication was done on phone with translator - she did not speak English which would be fine, if they delivered, what I paid for to start with!
