This is the worst stationery shop I have ever visited. If possible, ready to give minus rating. The behavior of the staff towards customers is extremely rude and unacceptable. My husband had a similar experience earlier, and we initially thought the owner might have been under stress at that time. Unfortunately, I experienced the same treatment myself, which confirms that this is their usual behavior. The Telugu lady seated inside and the man at the counter seems to be owner clearly do not know how to speak to customers. They use very harsh and disrespectful language. It appears that unless you are purchasing items worth a large amount, they have no interest in serving you—even if you have previously shopped there and spent a significant amount. I was humiliated during my visit. This may seem normal or insignificant to you right now was deeply hurtful. If you value your self-respect, I strongly advise you not to visit this place.

Worst place! The customer service is terrible. I would give it zero stars if possible. I purchased an OTG, but it had the wrong plug type. After a couple of days, I went back to the store with the bill and explained the issue, asking if I could exchange it for a different product of the same price. However, the shop handler and the cashier were extremely rude. They refused to help and kept saying it was my fault, even though I clearly showed the mistake and didn’t ask for a refund just an exchange. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

Extremely poor customer service is an understatement. I enquired for an A6 envelope, which is a very basic thing to check in a stationery shop. But the guy in the counter was so rude and insisted that I should bring the card then only he will show the envelopes. What kind of logic is this? Don't they have it arranged size wise to showcase? What if, I just wanted the envelope? And is this the way to talk to a customer? He even said that unless I have the card, he won't show any kinds of envelopes. This is bizarre. I think they are running the store only to argue or engage in a fight with the customers. Never ever seen such a rude shopkeeper. Even the nearby woman also didn't feel anything bad about this. I advise to look for somewhere else if you have any stationery needs. One star only for the posting. Zero stars to be honest.

Very worst customer service and billing in counter , I bought only 200 pages note of 70 Rupees, but in billing gave 100 rupees and waiting for change bit in counter not attend quickly and not bother the billing. Before that one bill of 598 ruppees inform to the cm and some billing conversation going. In between that this he said I am not a krishna parathma for this simple billing. I file the case to consumer court. I have records of his photo and voice for this for further
