Brandi of The Agency, has been the most responsive representative I've ever worked with. She is patient and really takes her time explaining options to her clients. She actually will spend a lot of time discussing different plans before you even become a client. This aspect was extremely important to my husband and I because we did not want to feel pressured. We wanted to have a thorough knowledge base to make an informed decision. Brandi took her time and gave us comparisons of our old plans as well as taught us about options that have typically only been available to wealthy people.
