He tried to assess my issue over the phone so he could make sure the technician had all of the parts I would need when he arrived. He thought it sounded like the heater and he was correct. I received a picture and short bio of the technician Tim. I really appreciated having that information. I also received a text message telling me Tim’s estimated time of arrival. Tim was thorough when trying to find the problem. He had all of the parts needed and was able to fix my problem immediately. He explained my issue and what he was doing to repair it. He also noticed some other small issues in my heater/AC and was able to repair them also. I am so grateful for Tim and Mark for all that they did to fix my problem.
