Angelo trained our 1.5 year old Pitt/Lab rescue for 4 weeks and the results were life-changing! We needed behavioral help with remaining calm , general obedience, walking and leash aggression. The results far surpassed our expectations. Ranger came back his same fun-loving , affectionate and silly self BUT with serious obedience and the desire to follow our directions. He can stay in “place” for a few hours at a time happily , walks directly at our side and heels and completely overcame his serious leash aggression. The use of the e-collar is necessary to reinforce all of this positive behavior but in combination with commands he listens to us intently. We are SO glad we sent Ranger to Angelo who is extremely talented, regimented and compassionate. We would send Ranger back if needed in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to friends. We were at our wits end with multiple trainers and behavior that we couldn’t control and Angelo completely transformed our dog - who still has all of his loving qualities. Thank you so much Angelo!!!

We had our dog Tato at Angelo’s board and train and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. He’s a fear aggressive pup, with some overall anxiety and it’s been a bit of a challenge helping him understand how to navigate the world. After cycling through endless fear free trainers, we decided to give balanced training a try and it’s a night and day difference with our dog. He listens, he knows when to focus, and in general he seems a lot happier because his boundaries are made clearer. We also brought Tato back for boarding several months later and again, Angelo picked up where they left off. We’re so incredibly grateful for Angelo! And we also love how he occasionally checks in to see how Tato is doing. He truly cares about all his clients and that means the world to us. It’s a big investment but if you’re feeling stuck with an anxious or fearful dog, we highly recommend giving Angelo a call.

Angelo is an incredible dog trainer! He did an amazing job helping my dog Max with impulse control, and Max is so much calmer now. Angelo not only worked wonders with Max, but also took the time to teach and share valuable information with me, which made a big difference. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and just a really great person to work with. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Angelo. We called him after fostering, and later adopting, a one year old, male, mixed terrier who was a stray in Texas. He was very reactive, bit twice, couldn’t walk on a leash, had crazy reactivity toward people and dogs, and was possessive over me. He needed a lot of training. Angelo was able to calm us down and reassure us he could help and has dealt with more difficult dogs. We enrolled our dog, Leo, in a 4 week program to focus on behavior management and training. It was a very hard 4 weeks without Leo, but he was in good hands. After the training, we picked him up and Angelo walked us through the entire training and practiced with us what he learned. He gave us advice to follow and offered to meet us for a training session in a public space a week or two following. After bringing Leo home, we implemented the rules right away and after two weeks met back with Angelo. Save to say, our dog now can walk in public places, not pull on a leash, is not reactive to dogs when on walks, and more controllable in the house. Angelo has helped tremendously and he truly cares about dogs. Definitely would recommend him to others struggling with dog behaviors.
