Excellent, high quality food. The roasted carrots on a dill sauce was our highlight. Each ingredient and all dishes tasted fresh and flavourful. Service was great. The shrimp sauce was especially layered and complex. Kingston has impressed us!

The food, drinks, and service were nothing short of exceptional! We visited for the NYE 5-course menu, and every single dish was a masterpiece—each bite was better than the last. The atmosphere was simply perfect, and I was especially impressed by their innovative and delicious non-alcoholic cocktail options. A huge thank you to Nancy and Sean for going above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome with our newborn. Their warmth, attentiveness, and care created an unforgettable experience, and the quality of the food and service was truly top-notch.

I'm not burying the lede... we enjoyed dinner here so much we stayed at the Frontenac Club an extra night just so we could have dinner at The Bank Gastrobar twice. The food and service were outstanding. We sat at the bar both nights and were thoroughly spoiled and entertained by mixologist Sarah and the rest of the team, including Annelise on the 2nd night. Over the two nights we enjoyed the kale salad (amazing dressing), focaccia pepperonata, scallops, charcuterie board (so generous!), tomato and parmigiana and double smoked bacon soup, striploin steak with cheesy polenta (best I've had). Regrettably we never had room for dessert but did manage to have after dinner drinks! The dining room is welcoming and stylish. The atmosphere is convivial - we chatted both nights with fellow patrons who were either staying overnight or were regulars. Without a doubt we plan to return.

Came for our Anniversary dinner while we were staying at the hotel. Had awesome tapas on the beautiful patio, with the most amazing cocktails! The live music plus the ambiance made it an evening to remember. We also had breakfast here every morning here during our stay, so good and unique.
