I just had the best experience here. I worked with Kris tonight, and she was absolutely fantastic. I am usually pretty reserved and not super talkative, but Kris just had a great energy about her. We pretty quickly found some common experiences between the two of us, and the conversation just flew by. I absolutely appreciate how great she was, and she gave me a pretty stellar haircut too. I will definitely be booking with her again!

I went to this barbers location on 01/24. I had code for a free haircut, lana( person supposed to cut my hair) treated me like a liar and like I was gonna run off. First I walked in my my friend( who had a 6:40 appointment )and told them I had an appointment for 7:00pm they sat somebody else when I was supposed to be next. When it was my turn ( had to remind them) They insisted I showed them before proceeding with the cut they then took my phone to check something without asking me which I told them to give me my phone, they didn't listen to me. I eventually got up and walked out had to grab my phone from them first. I felt discriminated, humiliated, and felt like was treated like a suspect. I was given a code by the location that closed down in sellwood. I enjoyed coming to the barbers but after this incident I don't think this is gonna be a suitable option to go to

Way too short, I told the barber I won’t to grow my hair, I haven’t cut it in 6 months and would like it cleaned up. Lost more than 3inches off my hair. This is not growing my hair out.

I have been going here for a year. The last 2 time were terrible experiences. The first picture is what I asked for the second is what I got. I told the manager who cut his hair I never have this problem. She told me I was the problem and not to come back. Don’t waste your money. The last picture is what I was expecting this is what we usually get. I will not be returning. She even overcharged me to spite me.
