We were lucky enough to get Tyler as our installer! He did a great job! He was very experienced and capable at what he does. We were somewhat skeptical in the beginning. The quote from them was much higher than others we had gotten. The salesman was persistent and in the end they dropped their price by almost half to match another quote we had gotten in writing from a competitor. I’m glad we pushed back. I didn’t like their payment schedule. 60% up front, 30% when they received the material in their warehouse and then the balance at completion. So they had the bulk of our money before they started. In the end we are very satisfied and we would recommend them with Tyler as the installer.

This upgrade to our home was the easiest thing ever! Everyone from start to finish was amazing, very knowledgeable, very kind, and extremely professional! I was absolutely amazed when Travis Black showed up by himself to do what I consider a massive project! He sure enough handled everything from start to finish completely by himself. Travis was very kind and answered any questions I had. He communicated from 30 mins before he arrived on day one, with each needed step to make sure things were as I wanted and would work with my schedule, all the way until everything was complete and cleaned up. The entire process was effortless on our part and we couldn’t be more pleased! I had my shower replaced. I received 4 quote and decided to go with bath authority The decision was made on the sale from the sale rep. He said the existing shower would be removed the Sheetrock walls would be replaced with green board, water lines to the shower would be replaced an centered along with the drain an bath authority does their work not contractors they use company employees. The day of the install 2 contract workers showed up one could not speak English the other was hard to understand. They removed the existing shower, and part of the Sheetrock then pieced the plywood in like a puzzle where part of the sheet rock was removed, water lines had to centered twice, the moisture barrier was removed on the floor, they glued the shower pan to the floor. There work was extremely sub standard was extremely unhappy with there quality of work. The contractors scratched the shower base also. Later in the morning Travis arrived he was an employee with bath authority. He asked if I wanted replace what the contractors did, but it would be another day that would be 3 days of install. I could only take 2 days off work. He reworked what the contractors did to a point it was acceptable and completed the install the next day 12 additional hours. Travis did a good install. But I am disappointed in bath authority mis representation to get the sale. At the end Travis did awesome. But I am concerned if the work the contractors performed of possibly having issues with the water lines leaking or the drain leaking, or moisture effecting the sheet rock left behind the shower BCI panels. I gave 4 stars cause Travis awesome performance. For the contractors I would not give one star.
