We have just completed our third bathroom using The Bathroom Company Glasgow and I would have no doubts at all in recommending them to you. They have been excellent on every project. This is not only for the quality of the work, but from the design, their attitude and approach. Everything is focussed on making you happy and they work to resolve any issues and go the extra mile to ensure your dream bathroom is just they way you want it. We have worked with multiple fitting teams from the company and all have the same focus on doing a great job. They are all friendly, professional and conscientious. The key benefits are their approach which is supportive and helpful and the time it saves having all the trades together and co-ordinated. When things go wrong they work hard to fix it. In our first bathroom a digital shower valve was faulty and it was fixed straight away then a bespoke mirror had a scratch on it from the fabrication and they replaced it. Neither of these issues were the fault of The Bathroom Company Glasgow but they worked hard to get them resolved. This company offers high end bathrooms and the price reflects this but the quality of the products and the standard of the workmanship makes it worth it. They are also multi-trade and they co-ordinate well between the fitting team, the tilers, the electrician and the office which just makes things work more smoothly. I have personally recommended them to many people and would have no question about doing so again.

The entire process from meeting with Leanne in the showroom, to having someone come out to measure up and then seeing it all come to life on a screen, really helps as I’m a visual learner, was flawless. I spent quite some time in the showroom with Leanne looking at the design ensuring that it was all going to come together exactly as I had planned. The only issue I had was the tiles I had chosen were discontinued but Leanne then invited me into the showroom to look at more tiles and boy did we look at tiles, online and ordered samples, we were both seeing tiles in our dreams bless your patience Leanne! Then fitting day arrived and I’m not exactly sure just how many fitters I had in my home but everything single one of them introduced themselves, sorry I can’t remember names but you know who you are, and each and every one of them were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish they checked, double checked and triple checked everything with me they really made me feel that they there were to do exactly what I wanted and could not have been more charming and pleasant to deal with and they were pretty much unattended for the most part but always ensured that I was happy before they left for the day and they were always punctual, on time and clean and tidy. I do remember the tilers names as they were both called Craig and I discussed thoroughly what I wanted on the feature wall like more of the colourful tiles and not so much the plain ones and it would have been very easy to just take the next tile to hand and put it on the wall but the Craig’s took time to use the tiles I wanted and even made the effort to put pink ones in the shower alcove as my under sink unit was pink. I know this is a lot to read but I can’t praise this company enough my new wet room is stunning and everyone is blown away when they see it its not the biggest grandest wet room but its absolutely stunning. A MASSIVE thank you to all involved if you ever branch out to do kitchens please can I be the first to know?

When we came to choosing and having our new bathroom fitted, we knew exactly what company we would be going with; several of our close neighbours have all had new bathrooms fitted by The Bathroom Company Glasgow within the last 4 years. I had been following their Facebook page and had seen excellent reviews. The fact that appealed to us was that the company designed, supplied and fitted everything, there was no need to arrange separate services/tradesmen, the whole process was seamless, from us visiting the showroom, Richard coming out to assess our bathroom, Martin planning our bathroom and guiding/advising us through our choices on our next visit to the showroom. Dougie and Bob were our fitters, Liam our electrician, Craig and Gary were our tilers. The whole team were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dougie had to advise us on some minor changes and adjustments when he was on site in our bathroom, (just the way our house is) but you knew that you trusted their knowledge and experience, and our dogs loved everyone! Our bathroom is quite small, but the design and fitments have made it seem so much more streamlined and spacious, we are delighted with it, and have already recommended The Bathroom Company Glasgow to several friends.
