Nice design but bathrooms are disgusting and need to be patrolled more often. Now that the Bay is gone maybe get a decent winners with a proper selection instead of crowded junk. No change a dead mall

A trip to the Bay Centre in Victoria offers a mixed bag for shoppers. The building itself is undeniably a bright spot. Stepping inside, you're immediately struck by the abundance of natural daylight streaming in, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere. The architecture, with its multi-level design and central atrium, is quite appealing, making it a pleasant space to wander through. However, the current reality of the Bay Centre is tinged with a palpable sense of emptiness. There are far too many vacant storefronts, giving large sections of the mall the unfortunate feeling of a ghost town. It's genuinely sad to see so many darkened windows and empty units, especially knowing the rich history of the site and the potential for a thriving downtown shopping experience. While the remaining active stores offer a decent selection, the sheer number of closed spaces detracts significantly from the overall vibrancy and leaves you wishing for more bustle and retail energy within its attractive walls.

Always one of my favourite malls to walk in my lunch break.. Lots of stores.. Amazing decoration in seasons.. Great for families.. The top floor have the best food for all kinds.. Plus winners story which is great to buys gifts and clothes.. Oh can also rest in comfy chairs..

I visited The Bay Center in Victoria last December, and it was a lovely experience. The entire mall was beautifully decorated for the holidays, with a special area full of small Christmas trees, each uniquely decorated. I wasn’t sure if it was part of a contest or an exhibition, but it was very interesting and added a charming touch to the atmosphere. There was also a huge Christmas tree that stood out in the center, and the lighting throughout the mall was warm and festive. It’s a great place to walk around, shop, or just enjoy the seasonal decorations. The mall is centrally located and easy to access. I’d recommend checking the opening hours ahead of your visit, especially during holidays, as they might vary.
