Yvette is fantastic! My first appointment with her was in 2023 on an expedition ship in Arctic Canada. I followed her to Scarborough (luck for me she was close) and so happy that she is now even closer! Not every RMT takes the time to explain what is happening to cause pain. I’ve had a collection of injuries over the years and I appreciate that Yvette has shown me some stretches and how to use the therapeutic balls to work on areas myself.
