I had an utterly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was nothing short of pathetic—our food took a staggering 45 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, there was no cutlery provided, leaving us to fend for ourselves. To make matters worse, not even a glass of water was served during the entire ordeal, despite us sitting there parched and ignored. The staff seemed indifferent to our requests, and the cherry on top? They had the audacity to tack on a hefty service tax for this abysmal excuse of “service.” Overpriced, understaffed, and completely unprofessional—avoid this place unless you enjoy being neglected and overcharged. One star is generous.
