Ordered the broasted wings and the coating was different.and size were different. Raised the concern and owner came and spoke with use. We had a great conversation about them and he was very understanding. That is what great customer services is. Other places should learn from the Belmont experience exactly how to treat a customer. They always go out of there way for the people that go there. Freaking love the pizza.

The quality of pizza has never let us down. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. The only negative thing I would have to say is on the toppings for the pizza. I disagree charging THE VALUED CUSTOMER for a half item the price of a (whole item) especially if you *split a half side with 2 half toppings. IN Which should be charged as only one topping price. NOT 2! This keeps happening, and I think this is SO WRONG! I WISH YOU WOULD FIX THIS ISSUE.

Celebrated my boyfriend Halloween birthday at the Belmont Restaurant we had the most delightful server named Ariel. She was pleasantly friendly and took the time to not only serve our food quickly but also chatted with us. She truly made our dining experience top notch. The Blue Jays may not of hit the ball out of park tonght but Ariel sure did!lol Thank you Tina and John

Although the food took a fairly long time to get to us, the food was terrific and the service was good. One suggestion is to provide enough napkins to customers who are eating chicken wings (that just makes sense, doesn’t it? lol)

The Belmont Port Colborne is a bar.
