I was very nervous for my appointment, however everyone I spoke to at The Berkshire clinic went out of their way to make me feel calm, comfortable and understood. The receptionist was extremely supportive and even contacted me prior to my appointment to make sure I was happy with everything. On the day she was very warm and welcoming. My consultant was very empathetic, thorough and took my concerns seriously, despite them not being too much of a problem. This really meant a lot to me and put my mind at rest. It was one of the most positive experiences I have had in a long time and it was absolutely worth the time and money spent for this reassurance.

Been to the Berkshire Clinic twice now and have had great experiences so far. Dr Kavvoura was great, very knowledgeable and empathetic. Had a blood test with another doctor today and I usually get a bit squeamish and light headed but I hardly noticed what was happening and it was over before I knew it. Very clean and modern building and the receptionist is very friendly too.
