They Totally took advantage of an older couple,clearly used inferior materials, our driveway is crumbling after 14 months,I have asked them Repeatedly to come take a look and no response, they just ghost us, so disappointed,I definitely would not recommend this company. Hank this is simply not true,last year yes you finally came and after many attempts to contact you I used someone else phone so you would actually answer. You did come and seal all the cracks however this year with all of the crumbling and no it’s not because of the salt it’s concrete friendly salt we have had our own concrete specialist come and Look and he agrees it was not cured properly. And you saying you have come here several times is not true because you certainly haven’t spoken to me. Again I used someone else’s phone so you would answer and you promised to come two days later and again as usual no show!

I hired BITW to replace my badly broken driveway after watching them replace a sidewalk across the street. The crew was efficient and professional in every part of the job. The price was fair and I had the pleasure of watching from my deck as they tore out the old driveway, prepared it with gravel and rebar and then the concrete was poured. I was impressed with the fine attention to detail, especially as the crew did the finishing work. My next door neighbor was also watching the first job across the street, and immediately hired them to replace his sidewalk. I heartily recommend BITW to do your concrete project. Bob Layton

I got lots of quotes & estimates but I chose Best in the West simply because it felt right. Hank was so easy to talk to and he understood what I wanted for my project. I was very picky about everything bec it was my front porch I was trying to renovate/built as it could affect the overall appearance of my house but Hank’s team didn’t disappoint! They work diligently on time, very efficient, skilled and very professional. Their kindness is a bonus! Our family (even neighbours) were very impressed with the job… that we hired them again to replace our entire driveway! Good workers and good companies are in short supply these days that’s why we really appreciate you and your team, Hank! You guys are awesome! Highly Recommended!!! 👍👍
