If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Chelsea is an absolute gem!! She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also truly attentive—she takes the time to listen and makes sure every detail is just right. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful. On top of that, she has the BEST sense of humor. Somehow, I get a gorgeous hairstyle and a mini comedy show all in one appointment. It’s like self-care with a side of laughter. If you want someone who makes you look amazing and feel even better, look no further!

I love going to Callie for my highlighting/styling needs. She has been doing my hair for many years and has perfected her work on my hair to a t! I have her style my hair for any important event or family photos. She cuts/styles my entire families hair. She makes me feel fabulous every time I leave the salon.

The first time I went to this salon I had a nice experience. It was with Callie and we did a repair treatment and cut. She let the repair treatment sit on my hair for about 20 minutes- sat next to me and chatted the whole time. I booked both my kids with her and she was kind but my older child’s hair was not cut how it was supposed to be. My younger child’s hair was fine I tried to book with her again a few months later and I got zero response. The second time I booked with Jessica. I had damaged my hair again and booked early in the morning for a late morning appointment. I expected her to give better service seeing how she’s the most expensive stylist there and I believe the owner of the salon. She showed up late. We did the same repair treatment but she only let it sit for maybe 1 minute. I stated after the cut and style that my hair still felt crunchy and she put a styling product in it. I came home to notice my hair is cut very unevenly and my layers are uneven. My hair doesn’t feel as soft and repaired as when the first stylist did the repair treatment. I am extremely dissatisfied with my hair this time and this salon overall. Both stylists were unprofessional at different points and I won’t be going here again. It’s a shame because I was excited to find an alt salon in Peoria- that’s why I booked again and trusted them- and then my second experience was far worse.

Chelsea is AMAZING & will put you at ease! She is an absolute sweetheart and THE BEST at what she does. Her prices are fair & her services are top notch! The overall atmosphere at this salon is positive, welcoming & relaxing!
