We were incredibly impressed by Justin on his exceptional market knowledge throughout the home-buying process. He is from Calgary and we are surprised that the Blas Group could help people around Alberta and I think other neigboring provinces too. What we like about Justin is that, he will give you the best advice about the location, price, process, the house history, and how to negotiate based on your budget and be on top to close the deal. We feel safe from the start to end. Communication is really fast, he makes time for our questions even weekends and holidays, but not suggesting to disturb him on those days. Lol! Just in case it is urgent. We don't feel stressed on the process. Even though he is from Calgary and we are from Lethbridge, he did a great job. We strongly recommend Justin and will always choose him to be our realtor for our next property in the future.
