Jeff came to access damage and needed repairs to my roof after an ice damn due to the snowstorm we had in January. He was very thorough and so very knowledgeable! He took pictures and showed me the problems that others had missed. He took the time to advise me on steps to decrease the chance of an ice damn in the future. He estimated the cost of repairs and materials needed. He was extremely helpful and very professional. I would recommend this company!

From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, and I can't recommend them highly enough. One thing that sets them out from the rest is the communication. The initial consultation was thorough, and Jeff took the time to provide a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, and was upfront and honest about all things with zero pressure. The actual roofing work exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual, professional, and efficient. Jeffery and crew just finished replacing our old roof, what an incredible job. The crew was here at the break of dawn and finished at 1:30 p.m. They cleaned up every scrap, doubled checked the yard, the driveway and walkway, nothing was left behind. Some yard items had to be moved, everything was put back in place. All the materials in the contract were used on the roof as stated. The new roof makes our house look like a modern home. My wife and I give The Blue Roof Co. an EXCELENT RATING.

My Review

The gentleman that came out to view the roof was a great guy. However, 4 phone calls and a week later I was still waiting for the office to send me estimate. 2 weeks later I was still waiting on getting scheduled. Called the office and they had no clue if/when I was scheduled. I cancelled and got another roofer to provide quote and schedule work at a better price within a few days! If this company can't return calls before receiving payment, what happens when you need to call them back and payment has already been made?
