Had an ongoing issue with a slow leak on my relatively old boiler. Rang Sean in the afternoon and he came out the following day and quickly diagnosed the problem that two previous gas engineers had failed to spot/fix, and that despite what most others would say the problem was fixable and did not require a new system. He gave me a price for the parts and labour shortly after and we agreed the time (he fitted it in late on a day where he had other work commitments as I have a baby and couldn’t be without hot water for very long). Took about an hour for him to disassemble what looked like the entire boiler, fit the part and put it back together again. He was happy to explain the inner working of the system and show me the defective parts. I would not hesitate to use Sean’s services again or recommend him to others.
