We worked primarily with BJ and Meredith, and they were amazing. Warm, responsive, flexible, patient, and very good at listening and offering advice and pointing out and highlighting things that we didn't have the eye or sense to catch on our own—on everything from red flags with physical systems or condo fees / re$erves to undervalued gems and highlights that might be a steal in the insane JP market. They are also simply really nice and personable and quite easy to get along with - not stuffy or standoffish in the least. That mattered to us more than anything, much like a doctor who genuinely takes time to talk with their patient even with all the pressure to rush and hurry in today's world. As a team, they did a great job of covering for one another and always having one member of The Boston Home Team available for us with very little notice. We would refer them 110% to others any day of the week!
