I just want to start off that this was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD GETTING MY TRUCK WORKED ON IN A LONG LONG TIME !!! Please read on, and let me explain…. I’m a food truck owner and I don’t have to tell anyone; pulling a trailer can be hard on your trucks brakes. It’s just a lot that can wear down brakes prematurely and means replacing them more often. Now, I had zero plans to use a traveling mechanic; I’ve had one bad experience that cost me a fortune to correct and get fixed, and it was just put me off to them for quite some time. However , when my brakes began squeaking , I knew they had o get done, but I’ve been dreading having to drive someplace, sit around for 2-3 hours and just waste my whole day. I just happened to be running late one day, and spotted the Brake &Tire Guy truck, right as the brakes squeaked, and I bit the bullet, called the number and thought, I’m never gonna hear back. Boy was I ever wrong and glad that I was. Todd was super helpful, gave me a fantastic quote and we set it up on a Friday for the following Tuesday. Come the day, Scott, the gentleman doing the work, called ahead of time, showed up exactly on time and was very helpful and got right down to it. In less than half an hour, brakes are done and it was all finished. It sounds like a lot of lead up to it all, but it was super smooth getting everything done and completed in order. Done at my place, when I was free and a quote that just blows away ANY OTHER QUOTE by at least $100 !!! And that’s Tuffys, Pep Boys, Napa and a couple other places, and they were all left in the dust. None of the half dozen places I called comes close to cost and convenience. None, period. I am NOT, ABSOLUTELY NOT, someone who leaves reviews, but I would regret not doing it here, and I am more than happy to. Todd, you nailed it, hands down. I’ll be calling you guys for tires in a few months and I’ll be glad to do it.
