BED BUG CITY! They sprayed my friend’s place a few times but bugs remain. Superintendent just stopped replying to requests to fix the problem. The entire building is in disrepair. Very sketchy people in and out. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I unfortunately have lived here for almost two years. If it wasn't for the apartment being nice, I would have left months ago. The management here is absolutely terrible. Nothing is repaired, and every one in management has no experience whatsoever. The building has gone through several property managers in the short time of me being being here. One incentive of moving here was having a working dishwasher. The dishwasher has not worked nor been repaired, the entire time of my residency here. AGAIN, we have another parking garage situation, and have not been provided a timeline of how long this will take. It has been put upon the tenants to figure out where to park now. I have incurred more than 4 parking tickets due to this, and will NOT be refunded by the building management. I absolutely hate living here unfortunately, but due to the increase in rent and such, finding a new place is next to impossible. The management is extremely quick to address problems that they have with their tenants but do absolutely nothing when a problem is brought up to them. I greatly recommend thinking several times before considering moving in here. This building is absolutely horrible, and I'm sure I speak for many other tenants when I say this, but this is extremely poor living. Update: August.03rd.2025: This building has been nothing but an absolute curse and, nightmare. They continue to move people in even AFTER having the disgusting living arrangements not dealt with. I feel terrible for the people moving in two days before having to vacate the property while they spray for bedbugs, and ATTEMPT to deal with the building repairs. The management and owner of this building are absolute clowns. I regret ever moving into this absolute dump and am currently in the process of searching for other living arrangements. Please for the safety and healthy living of yourself, do not move in here. I wish people would read the reviews more before making a decision on this terrible building.

Not impressed after living here for a few months. Management doesn't respond to emails and the front door is broken and not secure. Tons of garbage everywhere and a woman constantly dumps stuff in the lobby.
