I joined The Calisthenics Centre at the beginning of the year and I have not remained so consistent with fitness - I actually look forward to going. My strength has improved considerably, the community of people is so inclusive and supportive and Jonathan and Stallon are such an incredible leaders that push you to continue to improve, but never to a point you could injure yourself. Despite classes sometimes being upwards of 14 people, you always feel like you have personal direction and attention. Thank you Jonathan for creating such a cool environment that I am always excited to be a part of!!

I started training at Calisthenics Centre 20 days ago and have already made tremendous progress with handstands. My goal of improving muscle definition and mobility is being achieved faster than I expected. Both Johanathan and Stallion closely observe and correct my form during sessions, which makes a huge difference in results. The variety of training options lets you set and follow your own goals, and the supportive community here keeps you motivated to push further. Cheers!

Best coach, best fitness center, best community! If you are: - ANY skill level - want to be more consistent with your workouts - enjoy a sense of community - interested in calisthenics - like to have fun - want to learn cool skills like handstands Then definitely give the calisthenics center a try. This gym has provided far more value in my life then any other gym / fitness club I've gone too. This is the first time in my life that I (re-)started going to the gym in January and actually maintained steady attendance for 6 months. At this point, its hard to image not going as its become a sort of 'third-place' for me that i look forward to going to. Johnathan does a phenomenal job with everything from structuring the different types of classes, keeping track of personal goals and injuries to creating a really welcoming environment. It can be intimidating feeling like your an outsider when joining a new community, but I strongly believe most people would agree that the community here is so incredibly welcoming to all skill levels. It definitely helps the Johnathan makes sure to introduce everyone at the beginning of class if some people may not have met. The skill range can vary quite a bit in any given class but Johnathan does a fantastic job at augmenting the workouts so that everyone is challenged. Its been a real pleasure to not only see my progress, but, to get to see how others I have gotten to know improve as well. The atmosphere is very positive and encouraging. This is something I didnt realize I wanted in a fitness center, but, just makes it so much better. Over the past 6 months i definitely feel stronger and more flexible / better mobility. I've always wanted to do handstands but had practically no experience. While everyone's journey is a bit different, I have been really pleased to achieve 30 second tucked-hand stands, and 15 second (regular) handstands, along with some variation of press-to-hand stands. Johnathan has been just awesome at giving me an abundance of pointers and ques to constantly enhance my progress. Those small little improvements have really added up. If its not clear already, i really like this place. But ill end by saying Johnathan is just a good soul He really means the best for everyone that walks in the door and it shows in the community he has built here. give it a try, it might change your life.
