She responds to calls, texts and emails so quickly. It was actually crazy how available she was to us. We were relocating from out of town, and she went over-and-above by not only being present for our home inspection when we couldn't be there ourselves, but by sending us detailed videos so we could see the findings. Not only that, she followed up with a phone call and clear explanations about what it all meant in terms of how we would adjust our offer. 2. Related to the above, she actually knows what she's talking about. Like really. And not just about buying and selling real estate in Ottawa, but about the pitfalls and perks of individual properties themselves. Do you know how to recognize a potential foundation issue? Because Sam does. So many realtors have no clue about this stuff. Do you know all the ins and outs of different Ottawa neighbourhoods? Don't worry if you don't, because Sam has you covered. 3. She asks thoughtful questions about what you want, and helps you to visualize what your life might look like with the different options you're considering. For me, this made the final choice easier and cut away some confusion about what it was we were looking for. 4. She makes you feel like you're her only client, especially in those higher-stress moments, like when offer paperwork is being exchanged back-and-forth. I don't know how she does it, quite honestly. She might be superwoman. I'm a very hard to impress client, and Sam exceeded all of my expectations. You should definitely choose her to be your agent.

At a time where we were dealing with difficult emotional circumstances, this was so important and proved very true.
