I’ve been practicing yoga at The Centered Place for over three decades. Both Phil and Nancy are deeply committed teachers who bring a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and authenticity to their classes. They are true experts in yoga postures, philosophy, and—most importantly—the practical application of this ancient science to everyday life. Their dedication and wisdom have been a guiding light in my practice and in my life. I’m so grateful for this community and highly recommend it to anyone seeking not just a yoga class, but a deeper path to well-being.
