I feel fortunate to have had Alex Dragonuk in Ellicott City as my therapist. Went in for multiple shoulder issues and am amazed by how much my range of motion has improved and my newfound confidence in movement. He was clear in explaining things, and good conversation with a sense of humor made it easier to tolerate the stretches. Everyone there seemed to work as a team, and I got assistance/advice from many other staff. Convenient location with close parking. I’d definitely return to him if necessary and recommend him to others.

I recently completed a course of physical therapy with Alexander Dragonuk (Alex) at The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics. For over 7 months, I could not more pleased with my therapist Alex. Alex is knowledgeable and skillful. His expertise evident in each manual therapy session he provided to me and a personalized strengthening and balancing training he planned for me based on my needs. Thanks Alex! I really appreciate all of your help! During the sessions, I also interacted with different therapy technicians. My favorite one is Pierce, who was initiative and helpful. He did a great job in performing his role in the clinic.

I have attended physical therapy at Advanced Orthopaedics of Central MD on and off for several years. I have had knee replacement, shoulder, and hip surgery. Alex has done an excellent job getting me moving again. He has answered my questions, given me good advice, and encouraged me to continue to do the prescribed exercises daily.
