We met Balu purely by chance at an open house in Southeast Calgary that my wife and I were casually visiting. We signed in, not thinking much of it. A few days later, Balu reached out. After months of planning to buy a pre-owned home in the Northeast, we were now going to build our dream home in the Southwest. And honestly, none of it would’ve happened without Balu. Over just a few short months, he became more than a realtor—he became someone who understood us, supported us, and celebrated with us.
