First time I've been to the coffee house and I got to say what a lovely place to visit. Plenty of room to sit down and stretch out and have a nice cup of coffee and a treat. Staff are very pleasant and helpful and made a lovely cup of coffee for both of us. I had an almond tart and it's one of the best almond tarts I have ever had. When I'm in town I will make it a point to go to the coffee house for a cup of coffee and a treat. The coffee house makes a pleasant change from the national coffee shop establishments. Presentation top class. ☕☕☕☕☕😊😊🙂🙂🙂

Nice staff, very polite and interesting. Plenty of space, comfortable to study or work. The coffee is not super tasty. But overall a cool place, a great alternative to other coffee shops

I love this place! I love the panini’s, they’re the nicest ones I’ve had, I tend to go with an Oreo milkshake but have started to try the breakfast and afternoon teas! The breakfast tea is more familiar than the afternoon tea which has almost a herbal taste to it! I then sometimes finish it all off with a caramel shortbread 👌🏻 The staff are so lovely and welcoming, very smiley and kind. I also like the presentation of the cakes and tasty things! It’s just an overall chill vibe and with having anxiety it’s great for me, I like the comfy big chairs 💁🏼‍♀️

Atmosphere was really cute, music was loud enough too hear but not enough to disrupt conversation. Lighting was nice and had a nice ambience. The food was good and what you'd expect for the price, and there was a good varied selection. The service was good, very polite and friendly. Only small issues - the receipt didn't specify that I ordered oat milk so I wasn't 100% sure that it was when I was given it, and the barista didn't specify when he gave it to me and there was loads of foam on it (half the drink and it was a chai latte). The chocolate shake wasn't very good unfortunately - it was extremely watery and didn't taste much like chocolate, more like weak chocolate milk. But overall, it wasn't bad at all and service and atmosphere was nice.
