Just to take a moment and write my excellent experience with Conrad. I travel through Toronto a lot, and have more so recently lived outside Toronto and maintained my land lord ties to Toronto, and when my tenant indicated that he was leaving, I was left a bit worried how to deal with leasing my place out considering all the nightmares you hear about Toronto's rental experiences. Conrad walked through every step of the way with me remotely, we did everything needed via e-mail and FaceTime, and he represented me excellently in avoiding bad applications or anyone he didn't feel would make a good renter based on his experience. The turn around from the moment I contacted him (after a google search), and filling the place was 3 weeks. I will add this, before listing my property, he provided me an entire market research on why the price should be listed what it was listed at, and what the risk and rewards are from deviating from his experienced viewpoint. All in all, just a fantastic experience. If you're a landlord, who is either remote like me, or live in Toronto, use Conrad.
